Driving or flying to the Nationals?
« on: April 17, 2013, 06:15:21 PM »
Which way are you guys taking on this trip?  I am still on the fence on this one, but I am leaning towards driving down to the show.  I want to get a picture of the Disney Characters with my Olds!  That would make a Grreat Christmas card!  Just an idea.

LOL That's funny - I am driving to the airport as well. It will be a drag however to attend the show with no car  :'(

With they had that out of Chicago, Auto Train sounds like a cool idea...

I am on the fence too.  Right now I am leaning towards driving down to the auto train and take my car.  Just trying to coordinate with the rest of the family. If not I will fly down with no car :(

I wish they had an Auto train from Phoenix to FL as well, what a great way to travel, good food, scenery and your H/O nearby but not racking up the miles.

We will most likely be driving to the meet since we live in the metro Atlanta area. We don't have a/c in our car so we will be driving with the windows down trying to stay cool. We are looking forward to the meet and hope a lot of folks come with their cars.
Put it in gear and stomp the pedal on the right!

Sorry to hear about your A/C Joe.   :-\   I know you need that for such a short drive eh?  Mine works perfectly in the Vista Cruiser, we go from 19 MPG to 15 when we turn it on, but it works!  Look forward to seeing the Fotschky's soon!
